First Day of College

Well, the first day of college was interesting...to say the least. I got up and saw that it had been raining. Well I go to class, which turn out to be fine, and it starts raining. I didn't think anything of it until the wind started and the temperature dropped. Well I go back to the dorm after my last class and start on homework. I sit there working through it like a good student and I hear a different sound on the window. I go and open the door and look over the railing and it is icing. Welcome to college kids!

Fish Bowl City

Alright so I am in SLC and I had so much fun last night! I went with my cousin, Carrie, and we went to a volleyball game and a dance and a outdoor carnival thingy. We were going to go to a comedy show but it was all sold out. Then we stayed at the dance for 2 or so hours. Then we went back to the dorms and she got some stuff together and we went to Aunt Wendys house!! I love Aunt Wendy!! She came and got us, which was around 12 am. Now today we are going to go to the book store on campus and go to lunch and then to a football game! I am having tons of fun in Fish Bowl City!!

USA=Time change

Well I am back in the USA now. I actually got here on Tuesday. Tuesday was insane because first I had to find my way out of the Atlanta airport. I have never actually gone out of the Atlanta airport because I am always just there for layovers. So I eventually ask an airport security guard and she told me how to get to where I needed to go. But Monday (when I started flying) was really nice because the travel agent that Beatrix (who is Mr. Players PA) sent got me listed as an assisted passenger so I got to go through the diplomat line and I felt very important! :D Then on Tuesday I thought I was doing well because I wasn't all that tired until about 1 in the afternoon. Because when you add six hours, that is the time that I was getting ready for bed and was tired. But I still had an ortho appointment that I had to be at. So I am sure that I didn't look all that good when I went into the ortho office. Then yesterday, I was doing a big presentation for my church youth group and anyone else that wanted to come see. So I was literally working on that all day long, only to find out that I should have done it all on a PC because we don't have any projectors that work with just a USB port, because Macs don't have a video port. So then I had to e-mail my dad my power point and the movie that I made. Luckily, they both worked on his laptop, but some of the effects were lost on the power point and the movie didn't look nearly as good. So I was dead tired yesterday night. Then this morning, I rode my pony!!!! I love her! It feels so good to be on my own horse! Now I have to start packing and I don't even know where to start. My room is a mess. Ugh. And the time change is still messing with my head and I have a 5am flight tomorrow so we have to leave the house by 3.15am, only to go to another time change. So I should be a big loopy mess tomorrow.
